"Yunho Education Center" (tentative name) in Ghana!

This is the place where the construction is being built at.

1 200 children will be able to attend this building to get educated in different areas of subjects. It will contain library and educational audio-visual equipment. This was possible thanks to a gift from the fan club in the region of Ghana Borukatanka Kita African.

In celebration of December 26th, the day of U-Know Yunho's debut, the subscriptions amounting to 28,000,000 KRW (approx. 26,500 USD) were raised by his domestic and overseas fan clubs, including DC Inside U-Know Yunho Gallery which donated 12,260,000 KRW (approx. 11,600 USD,) Yunho fans in Daum Telzone, OnlyOneUknow, JungYunho Fan Blog Ring One, Stand By U-know Japan, Stand By U-Know Taiwan, DongBangAeMi, Malaysia Lily Ryeong, and Yoonho Is My Way Malaysia FC. Also, on the last Februry 6th, JougYunho Fan Blog Ring One donated additional 7,000,000 KRW (approx. 6,600 USD) to celebrate U-Know Yunho's birthday, saying "It was touching to see Yunho volunteering to help the children exploited in Ghana, Africa. Fans are joined by the love deep in his heart."

Like the Fan Club, Like the Star

U-Know Yunho accepted to be the Honorary Ambassador of KFHI(Korea Food for the Hungry International) to inform the more of public about the poor and the hungry in need of help. On March 3, 2014, U-Know Yunho appeared at the appointment ceremony in the flashes of cameras, and the smile never left his face during the occasion. He said, "The hope of achieving one's dream is as important as food and clothing. I would like to share the love with the children in need and pain, for them to have hope." On that day KFHI also presented a business card to him, and he was very pleased at having his first business card under the name of Chung Yunho.

The Love Borne Fruit in Ghana

Meanwhile, the construction of Yunho Education Center (tentative name) was started in Bolgatanga, Northern Ghana that U-Know Yunho visited. The original plan was to establish a school, but at a town leader's request, it was changed to build a multi-purpose education center to serve more children. When the center is completed, it will be used as a media lab, a library and such, and will benefit more than 1,200 children.
